Description : The Luxembourg Ministry of the Economy has decided to commission a study to define a strategy and a roadmap for the transformation of Luxembourg-s manufacturing industry by 2040. Considering Luxembourg-s sustainability, economic growth, environmental and climate ambitions, the overall aim of the study is to define a strategic vision for Luxembourg-s manufacturing industry by 2040 that can be translated into a detailed actionable roadmap with concrete initiatives and public policies for creating an enabling manufacturing environment: (i) to facilitate the deployment of technologies and sustainable solutions within existing manufacturers, (ii) to stimulate the deployment of new business models, (iii) and to attract new players of the factories of the future.
