Administrative building CRM Description Lot 3.3 | Lifting devices // Phase Application // See Annex Project for building a new administrative building on the site of the rejective and maintenance center (CRM) of CFLs, located at 16 route de Thionville in Luxembourg. This batch has the object of studiesnecessary for execution, supplies, transport, labor and all subjugations necessary for carrying out the work of supply, installation and commissioning of panoramic elevators and accompanied upload elevators integrating the construction of the buildingIncluding three levels of basement and five above ground levels. The 120 x 35 meter building on the ground totals a gross surface of 15,500m2 above ground and 12,100m2 in the basement. It will be made in mixed concrete, wood and steel construction system. The client targets certificationsEnvironmental BREEAM (Excellent level) and Well (Platinium level). The project is based on a BIM methodology in study and site phases.
