- As part of the future construction of the Rout Lëns school, located on the Rout Lëns PAP, preliminary infrastructure work must be carried out. These interventions are the subject of this submission. The work includes: Backfilling and the partial demolition of a tunnel-type structure belonging to ArcelorMittal; The strengthening of the networks adjacent to rue Jean-Pierre Bausch, in order to ensure the connection between the existing networks of rue Barbourg, those planned as part of the PAP Rout Lëns, as well as those present in the La Frontière car park. This work will ultimately allow the relocation of the SudEnergie relaxation station and the electrical transformer, currently located in the La Frontière car park. These works will also make it possible to replace the wastewater pipe, currently designed in the form of a siphon, with a gravity pipe connecting the Hiehl district to rue d'Audun. Finally, they will include the creation of a concrete technical gallery prefabricated under CFL track n°6. This work will involve the removal and reinstallation of the railway tracks near the level crossing on rue Barbourg. The blocking of the track for the execution of this work has been requested for the following period from March 19 to 22 2026. Start / Duration of work: mid-February 2026 to mid-June 2026 / 100 working days Filling of the ArcelorMittal tunnel and diversion of the rue Jean-Pierre Bausch networks under the CFL NO6 track in Esch-sur-Alzette
