- Please note that this is not a call for tenders but a publication announcing the Contracting authority-s intention to publish a future negotiated low or middle valueprocedure. The work under the contract "Assistance to Georgia, Moldova and Ukraine for the participation in the International Comparison Programme 2024 cycle" aims to provide assistance to these countries in order to enable their participation in the International Comparison Programme (ICP) 2024, and to produce the full set of basic and aggregate heading PPPs needed. The political relevance and use of PPPs, for converting national accounts aggregates into comparable volume aggregates and to analyse relative price levels across countries in the EU, require high quality PPPs. These requirements put very strong emphasis on the collection of comparable price data across countries, the validation of the data, and the methodology applied for calculating the PPPs.
