CALL FOR APPLICATIONS FOR THE ATTENTION OF AN ARCHITECT(S)-PROMOTER(S) GROUPING WITH A VIEW TO THE DESIGN, EXECUTION AND MARKETING OF A MIXED-USE BUILDING (MAINLY HOUSING, AND A COMMERCIAL ACTIVITY (FOR THE IMPLEMENTATION OF A PRIVATE NURSERY) AND ITS OUTDOOR SPACES IN THE FRAMEWORK OFA CONCESSION OF EMPHYTEUSIS AND AREA RIGHTS BY THE FUND FOR 99 YEARS ON LOT 30 AT PAP NQ REIMERWEE WEST IN THE PARK DISTRICT IN KIRCHBERG. The call for applications is made up of 2 phases: phase 1, called the selection phase, and phase 2, the designation phase. Lot 30 of PAP NQReimerwee West is the last lot to be built in the Reimerwee district, and includes a private lot with a capacity of 14.63 are, intended for the construction of a residential building with business (private nursery) with a surface area built total gross (total/maximum SCB) of 990m2.
