- CALL FOR APPLICATIONS FOR THE PROVISION OF MARKETING SERVICES FOR HOUSING AND MIXED-USE PREMISES in Luxembourg-Kirchberg The Fund owns land along Avenue John Fitzgerald Kennedy. The Fund is looking for a service provider to provide marketing servicesand, where applicable, monitoring, before and during construction, of requests from buyers and future occupants, housing and mixed-use premises and coordination of their relations with other project stakeholders (Kirchberg Fund, general contractor, etc. ).. The operation concerns: - 79 lhousing - 80 car parks - 11 units (dividable), resp 2,055 m2 mixed-use premises - 1 creche Procedure: - Phase 1: selection of up to 6 applications selected for phase 2 - Phase 2: discussion and negotiation with the applications retained - Phase 3: selection of the maximum two contractorsaires
