Description:
Mission of architect of the planning of the Extension of the Town hall of Strassen. This extension must be directly linked to the existing building. The total area of the possible construction window is approximately 1100 m2. The volumetry and the number of floors are not defined. Surfacesmentioned here can be spread over several levels if necessary: 14 offices of around 400 m2. A large meeting room for the municipal council of around 200 m2 with cloakroom, refreshment bar and toilets. Per floor, it is necessary to take into account the meeting rooms, kitchenette, and toilets, as well asas storage and circulation spaces. In the basement, technical and storage rooms must be provided as well as a connection with the existing cellars.
