- Call for candidates for the provision of housing and premises marketing and premises for mixed use in Luxembourg-Kirchberggle Fund owns land along the avenue John Fitzgerald Kennedy. The fund is looking for a service provider to provide marketing services and, if necessary, follow -up, before and during the work of the buyers of buyers and future occupants, housing and premises for mixed uses and coordination of their relations with other Project stakeholders (Kirchberg fund, general company, etc.). The operation concerns:- 79 dwellings: +- 12,000 m2scb or 10,000 m2sc * 67 apartments, * 9 town houses (Town-Houses), * 3 integrated houses, * 4% of accommodation 1 bedroom, 37% 2 bedroom accommodation, 30% 3 bedroom dwellings, 25% 4 -bedroom dwellings, 4% 5 -bedroom dwellings - 80 parking spaces - 11 units (subdivisible), 2,055 m2 respectively of premises for mixed use - 1 crèche Law: - Phase 1: Selection of up to 6 applications retained for phase 2 on the basis of applications and selection criteria provided .- Phase 2: discussion and negotiation with candidates. .
