- This submission concerns a heat supply for a new district heating network developed in Niedercorn, heat production will be based on wood pellets. The heat supplier will carry out the construction and financing of the heat production plant andwill be responsible for its operation. The fuel supply as well as the operation of the district heating network and heat transfer stations will be ensured by the heat supplier. In a first phase the heat production plant will have a ppower of 500 kW and should allow an increase in heat production capacity up to 999 kW.
