The structural works of a new building with 3 underground floors and 9 floors above ground with its extensions, to be carried out within the framework of the large-scale NBC project (New building centre) of the CHL in Luxembourg Belair include approximately: Part civil engineering (site installation, carcass and infrastructure): - Spoil: approx. 25,000 m3, Backfill: approx. 17,000 m3 - Concrete: approx. 81,000 m3 - Waterproof concrete (WU): approx. 11,000 m3 - Waterproofing membrane (Frischbetonverbundfolie): approx. 16,000 m2 - Slab formwork: approx. 132,000 m2 - Wall and pillar formwork: approx. 158,000 m3 - Maconnery: approx. 11,000 m2 Technical engineering part (site installation and buried networks): - EU/EP buried network: approx. 6,000 m - Electrical wiring: approx. 34,000 m Architectural part (roof waterproofing): - double layer bituminous waterproofing and cellular glass insulation: approx. 3,000 m2 -temporary seals: approx. 5.000 m2
