Description:
The coarse works work to be carried out in the interest of the renovation and restructuring project of the "de Park" site from the Chnp in Ettelbruck consist in: -The partial demolition of a building (approximately 1,800 m³ built) -The construction of a new extension of this same building of 350 m2 instead of the demolished part. Concrete construction (paving, technical corridor) and wood (facade walls, frame). Approximate volume of concrete implemented: 275 m³. Approximate CLT surface implemented: 260 m2. Approximate volume of glued laminated wood implemented: 25 m³ -the transformation of two Existing buildings: occasional demolitions of walls and slabs, partial reconstruction, reinforcements, construction of an elevator sheath. -Assainments and asbestos necessary for the two buildings -Technical part: Provisional work and buried networks The market also includes The work of "Clos and Covered" for the newly built annex: -Fenetres, exterior doors, sunscreen -Wooden ventilated faces: 200 m2 -towing: 340 m2
