- This call for applications falls within the context of the Law of 17 December 2021 on electronic communications networks and services (hereinafter: "2021 Law"), more specifically Articles 117 to 119 thereof. Under the terms of Article 117(2) of the 2021 Law, the Institute is calledto provide "an independent comparison tool which allows end users to compare and evaluate the various internet access services and number-based interpersonal communications services available to the public". Thus, at the end of the presentmarket procedure, the Institute wishes to have an independent comparison tool (hereinafter: "the comparator") which meets the requirements set out in points a) to h) of Article 117(3) of the Law 2021. (cf. Article 103 of Directive 2917/1972 establishing the Electronic Communications Codeoniques europeen)
