Completion works including pre-chapes and chapes +-3,000 m² work; Floor and wall tiles of +-3,500 m²; Plaster works of +-6,000 m²; Partitions and counter-layouts of +-2,000 m²; False-ponds and acoustic of +- 1,200 m²; Parquet work of +- 1,500 m²; Interior carpentry work with +-200 normal and fire cutting, 200 pcs of fixed furniture and various joinery; painting work of +-20,000 m² and various pipes, railing works +-20 m; Signage works with +-350 elements. The duration of the work is 317 working days, to start the first half of 2025. The works are sold at unit prices.
