Description: Works of maintenance and repair of the technical equipment of the site of the Penitentiary Center of Luxembourg in Schrassig consisting of 22 individual buildings. It is mainly involved in maintenance and repair of ventilation power plants / air conditioning, sanitary facilities, low voltage electrical installations and medium voltage, indoor / outdoor lighting, portals. Driving will be done using existing GMMAO software in German. The duration of the contract is 3 years renewable years from year to year, if not terminated by one of the 2 Contractors by registered letter at least 3 months before term. The maximum duration of the contract is limited to 10 years, starting the first half of 2022. The work is awarded at unit prices.
