- The network operator Creos Luxembourg S.A. plans to invest in the construction of new existing secondary technical substations and the modernization of these at the voltage levels of 220 kV, (110) 65 kV and 20 kV in the coming months /years. In addition, the construction ofA 380 kV substation is also planned for the duration of the framework agreement. Each of these substations is intended to integrate new station control technology according to the current state of the art, which must be acquired through a tender process.
