- Description of the work: The Samu construction project is a building in classic reinforced concrete construction. The vertical load tax is guaranteed by the outer walls and two load -bearing interior walls. For logistical reasons, these are carried out as semi -finished parts and concreted on site so that the construction can be realized with temporary mobile crane inserts. The building is founded using strip foundations, which are arranged under the reinforced concrete walls. The dimensions and the foundation level must still be defined in accordance with the outstanding building basic report. In addition to the shell of the building, a container landscape must be established in accordance with the existing information from Jim Clemes & Associés and the sewage system of the building.
