For tomorrow, the City of Luxembourg affirms through this project its desire to revitalize the site of the former slaughterhouses of Hollerich called "Schluechthaus" and wishes for this place: - To offer an intergenerational and inclusive meeting space; - Develop cultural and associative activitiess; - Maintain and develop indoor urban sports activities, in addition to the outdoor facilities in the Petrusse valley; - Perpetuate and enhance the practice of graffiti; - Enhance the existing and protected built heritage; - Articulate the surrounding neighborhoods, existing and futureir, by creating a real urban place (hybrid park) - Be exemplary in terms of the project's environmental choices. More than just an obviously innovative and emblematic architectural project, responding to the programme, regulations, expectations and identified challenges, the City of Luxembourg is looking for artenaire who will be able, through his project and the relationships established to develop it and make it mature, to amplify the breath and the energy of the future of this place.
