Description : This is a prior information notice ONLY in relation to identifying a suitable service provider to carry out a European research on territorial analysis of decentralised energy markets. The main objective of the research is to investigate the conditions and derive policy recommendations for an efficient and inclusive uptake of energy communities, accounting for both layers: the legal foundations for energy cooperatives given by the Clean Energy for All Europeans Legislative Package and the transformative market developments fostering low-carbon community energy prosumerism in the form of Energy-as-a-Service (EaaS). The contract will be implemented through a standard service contract with the duration of 2,5 years. This public procurement procedure will not be divided into lots. The estimated value of this contract is of EUR 700,000.00, excluding VAT, over the entire term of the contract.
