Car park management/operation services with a view to concluding a contract which concerns the management, operation, routine and curative maintenance, maintenance in perfect working order of all equipment within the car park under construction "Knuedler" in the interest of the admin. communale of the City of Luxembourg. Missions: - Operate the public park: ensure the management, proper functioning and security of the park; - Maintain goods, equipment and installations in good condition; - Take charge of all costs relating to the operation of the public park of stationning; - Manage the service accountingly and financially; - Produce the elements to ensure the level of control required by the City of Luxembourg. The economic operator must comply with the legislative and regulatory provisions in force in the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg for this type.pe activities, in particular the requirements of the ITM and the operating authorization.
