The monitoring mission of this framework contract includes in particular: 1. Mission of coordination, control and supervision of the works - the general coordination of construction sites; - control and supervision of works; - the development of proposals if the technical execution file requiresto be overhauled; - the organization of site meetings; - the organization of works receptions; - drafting minutes of meetings, weekly reports, correspondence inherent to the site, service orders and acceptance reports; 2. Work measurement missionvalues and control of invoices - The quantity survey of works and supplies of works and supplies; - control of invoices and installments; - the establishment of provisional, general and final accounts in terms of payment.
