Description:
Double-flow ventilation of 620m³/h for the Kelterhaus E building provides ventilation for the toilets and changing rooms. The CTA and the VMC are supplied by a network of +/- 150m of circular ducts, /- 325m2 of ducts and /-200m2 of shaped ducts. A recent 400kW central boiler roomsupplies the various buildings which are heated by 44 radiators and 210m2 of underfloor heating through +/-1250m of pipeline. The installation of a 6400l underground propane tank and a /-65m gas line indoors. On the sanitary side, the building counts in particular for its needs 1 segrease trap, 18 toilets, 4 urinals, 10 washbasins, 2 showers and 2 weirs distributed over the Kelterhaus E building and supplied by +/-500m of pipes. The kitchen part is not part of this lot. The duration of the work is 150 working days, starting on 01.06.2023. The works aresold at unit prices.
