Description:
The production capacity is approx. 1,300 meals. The works contain: a delivery and stripping area; neutral furniture; a dry storage room with shelves; cold rooms 12 ( ), 5 (-) and 2 CRR; a vegetable room with unboxing and neutral furniture; cold preparations, local pastryseries, meat preparations; hot preparations; dishwasher, laundry; a breakfast office; distribution furniture (2 chokes); 2 counters and electromechanical appliances and transport. The duration of the work is 150 working days intermittently. The announced duration includes thealization of workshop plans (40 days) and manufacturing (50 days). Assembly is planned for March 2025 (60 days). The works are awarded at unit prices.
