Description:
The main works to be carried out under this contract are electrical works for 7 buildings. For low voltage work: 32 low voltage main distributors and sub-distributors; approx. 1,800 luminaires (interior and exterior); 3,100 installation devices;3 emergency lighting units with approx. 300 lights; approx. 64,000m of cables and pipes. For low current work: approx. 16 hazard detection systems with approx. 680 detection devices, approx. 7 smoke and heat exhaust systems with components; approx. 22,000m of data lines. The duration of the works is 245 working days, starting at the end of January 2023. The works are awarded at unit prices.
