Description:
The main works to be carried out under this contract are HVAC and sanitary works for 7 buildings. For the heating work, a total of around 4,700m of steel heating pipes, 350 radiators, 7 water tanks and 7 heat exchangers are to be laid. Venti worktion plan 4 air handling units 1,500 m³/h and 3 air handling units 2,500 m³/h, as well as approximately 800 m2 galvanized ventilation ducts, 1,700 m of galvanized spiral ducts DN50- 450, 400 m of DN50-180 flexible piping and 130 fire dampers. Sanitary works consist of 14 cold water pumps, 17 water meters, approx. 350 sanitary fittings, 54 shower panels, approx. 1,200 m2 installation walls, approx. 4,200 m drinking water pipes 450 fittings and approx. 740 m dirty water pipes. The duration of the work is 240 working days, startingend of January 2023. The works are awarded at unit prices.
