Property market prospection notice Call for Expressions of Interest I.Contracting authorityEuropean Parliament, Directorate-General for Infrastructure and Logistics (INLO), L-2929 Luxembourg, LUXEMBOURG II.SubjectThe European Parliament and the European Commission seek office and retail space to rent or purchase, to house the future European Parliament Liaison Office and the European Commission Representation in Barcelona, as well as an interactive exhibition. These functions are preferably in the same building or otherwise in close vicinity. The office space should be located in the Eixample (between Carrer del Comte Borrell and Plaça de les Glòries Catalanes), or in the Plaça de Catalunya area or Via Laietana area. The required net usable area for the offices is approximately 850 m2. The interactive exhibition space should be located in Passeig de Gràcia, Rambla de Catalunya or surrounding streets; or in the area around Plaça de Catalunya and surrounding streets towards Universitat, Plaça d'Urquinaona and Plaça Nova; or Arc de Triomf area; or around Parc de la Ciutadella.
