Property Market Prospection Notice Call for Expressions of Interest I.Contracting authorityEuropean Parliament, Directorate-General for Infrastructure and Logistics (INLO), L-2929 Luxembourg, LUXEMBOURG II.SubjectThe European Parliament seeks premises to rent or purchase with the aim of accommodating the future European Parliament Liaison Office featuring office and an exhibition space in Zagreb, Croatia. These functions are preferably hosted in the same building or otherwise in close vicinity. The building should be located in the preferred area defined by south upper town, the active centre, lower town and the railway station, when at the same time should benefit from high pedestrian footfall and excellent visibility. The required net usable area is approximately 500 m2 for the interactive exhibition and visitors centre, of which at least 175 m2 at the ground floor, plus around 800 m2 for office spaces and a conference facility.
