Property Market Prospection Notice I.Contracting authority:European Parliament, Directorate-General for Infrastructure and Logistics (INLO), Europa Experience and Property Market Surveys Unit, L-2929 Luxembourg, LUXEMBOURG. II.Subject:The European Parliament seeks retail space for rent or purchase, to house the future interactive exhibition and visitors- centre in The Hague. The building should be located in or on the outskirts of the centre of The Hague, in a location with high pedestrian footfall, excellent visibility and close to educational institutions, museums and governmental bodies. The required net usable area sought is approximately 750 m2, of which at least 300 m2 of retail space at ground floor.
