Description : The consultant will support the project promoter, Masen, in monitoring the construction works of several photovoltaic power plants located in the east (Enjil, Outat El Haj, Ain Bni Mathhar, Bouanane and Boudnibe) and the south (Tan tan and Tata) of Morocco. It will also provide support to ensure the monitoring of the implementation of the Environmental and Social Management System (ESMS), as well as the monitoring of the Promoter's capacity building activities by the constructors.
