Macro-lot Dredging and built sanitation/Stabilization/Soil decontamination/Demolition/Earthwork/Structural work/Steel framework/Exterior fittings for the new CFL head office // Bid phase Construction project for the new SNCFL head office, located at 7- 9 Place de la Gare in Luxemtown composed of renovation works of existing buildings as well as new construction works. The new constructions will partly overlook the CFL passenger platform (track 03). The project is part of the environmental certification procedures BREEAM (Excellent) and WELL (Platinum). The base camp and its related logistics as well as waste management are not part of the work of this Macro-lot. Scope of the contract is attached to this contract
