Description:
The market is intended to surveillance at the Abrisud Night Home, an emergency accommodation center for homeless people managed by the city of Esch-sur-Alzette. The surveillance must be provided by an agent every day, weekends and holidays included. The schedule is from 22.00 to 8.00 hours, respectively from 22.00 to 10.00 hours. month). The personnel of the contractor present at the place is required to perform the following tasks: • prevent any kind of risk or d'incident•Surveiller The site • Protect staff and beneficiaries during opening hours • Guarantee security within the building and on the land of the Night Home Abrisud • Manage threats, attacks and conflicts between beneficiaries or vis-a-vis staff • Apply first gestures Rescue in the event of an emergency • Contact the police if necessary (grand-ducal police, firefighters, ambulance) • Proceed with a possible evacuation and secure the perimeter • Respond to the spelophone and telephone calls (taking of calls) • Make the reception of new beneficiaries During the night and assign them a bed • Open and close the lockers of the beneficiaries • Briefing with the socio-educational team at the start of each tour • Communicate any problem encountered and exchange with the socio-educational team • Consult the various paper documents containing Personal data of beneficiaries (daily presence list, list of undocumented persons, list of emergency bed, list of exclusions) • Distribute the evening meal and breakfast on request • Return to rooms, toilets and showers, only in case of doubt
