- The 5 establishments are: the Center Hospitalier Emile Mayrisch (CHEM), the Center Hospitalier de Luxembourg CHL, the Center Hospitalier du Nord (CHdN), the Center Hospitalier Neuropsychiatrique (CHNP) and the Robert Schuman Hospitals (HRS). The object of the proposed purchase consists of hardware, softwareiel and the provision of maintenance services, making it possible to carry out the operations (in particular verification and deactivation, or "decommissioning") provided for by the "FMD" directive (directive 2011/62/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 08/ 06/2011 amending Directive 2001/83/EC iestablishing a Community code relating to medicinal products for human use, as regards the prevention of the entry into the legal supply chain of falsified medicinal products). The solution sought is "standalone", therefore not integrated or connected with other software or systemsused in institutions (such as patient records or inventory management).
