Tenders are invited for Mid-term evaluation of a five-year development program in West Africa On February 2, 2022, the NGO signed a Development Framework Agreement (AC IV) with the Ministry of Foreign and European Affairs, Defense, Cooperation and International Trade of Luxembourg (MAEE-DCCI) for the period 2022 -2026. This Framework Agreement operates in 5 countries, Niger, Guinea, Benin, Senegal and Uzbekistan and focuses on the mobilization of children, families, communities, civil society actors and stakeholders. governments to work together for the rights and protection of children and adolescents. It also involves supporting young girls and boys from beneficiary families towards employment through vocational training and socio-economic integration. In West Africa, the 12 programs implemented within the framework of AC IV are called PACOPE-SPE “Community Support Programs for Child Protection and Child Protection Systems Child ".
