- Mixed walking for the design, construction, maintenance and exploitation of a heat network in the Kuebebiergle district Kuebebierg of 33 ha in Kirchberg will ultimately offer more than 3,000 dwellings to accommodate more than 7,000 inhabitants, public facilities and Mixed surfaces. The contracting authority wishes to have a heat network carried out on the scale of the Kuebebierg district (the network) by means of the conclusion of a DBMO contract. The DBMO contract constitutes a mixed market comprising: 1. A public work market relating to the design and realization of the heat network 2. A concession of services relating to the maintenance and operation of the network
