Description:
The National Health Laboratory wishes to retain an approved business review which will be responsible for verifying and certifying the annual accounts of the establishment relating to fiscal fiscal years 2025, 2026 and 2027 in agreement with the ISA standards on accounts established under Lux Gaap in accordance With the accounting principles applicable to the LNS. This renderer will give its detailed report on the annual accounts at the end of the financial year to the board of directors at the latest for April 1 of the year following the closing of the financial year. He may be responsible for proceeding, on express command of the contracting authority, to additional missions such as for example, the realization of certifications of accounts according to the specifications of funding organizations within the framework of current activity (set of activities funded by the same organization, e.g. M3S) or the realization of an audit on analytical accounts. The details of the services are described in article 5 technical clauses.
