- This contract will be awarded on the basis of a global BIM mission, including: - Architecture mission; - Engineering mission; - Mission of technical engineering; - Inspection services; - Requests for various authorizations. The project includes in particular the design and construction of: A storage hall (warehouse) of +/- 6,200 m2/ 68,000 m3; A workshop of +/- 2,200 m2/ 25,000 m3; Covered storage /- 2,600 m2; Traffic and outdoor facilities; A phasing of the works in order to guarantee the exploitation during the realization.
