Description: Application for a static engineer for partial or total planning and execution of the new town hall of the commune of Käerjeng. The chosen site is located at the Bascharage Center, on the plots: 138/04933; 137/7352; 187/7355; 187/7353; 187/7354 BC section of Bascharage on +/- 45 ares. The surface of the projected building is estimated on the basis of the current workforce of the municipality at the administrative level of 50 people and included among other meeting rooms, the municipal council room and the wedding room with a total of +/- 2 800 m2 of raw surface above ground and about 2,400 m2 of raw surface in basement. The project also provides for an administrative building attached to the town hall with a surface of about 1,400 m2 above ground. The implementation of the buildings will have to move on the urbanistic study that the Echevinal College has made beforehand.
