Car park management/operation services with a view to concluding a contract covering the management, operation, routine and curative maintenance, maintenance in perfect working order of all equipment within the P R under construction "Stade de Luxembourg" in the interest of the admin. commmon. of the City of Luxembourg. Missions: - Operate the public park: ensure the management, proper functioning and safety of the park; -Maintain property, equipment and facilities in good condition; -Support all costs relating to the operation of the public park of station; -Manage accounting and financially the service; -Produce the elements to ensure the level of control required by the City of Luxembourg; The economic operator must comply with the legislative and regulatory provisions in force in the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg for this type.of activities, in particular the requirements of the ITM and the operating permit.
