- The former steelworks "Treilarbed" in the Krakelshaff industrial zone in Dudelange was put into operation in 1974 and the production gradually stopped until 2016. Since 2007, the southeastern part of the building was made by Sam HWA Steel S.A. used for the production of spring wire. These parts of the building are currently in operation. So that the area can be used again for the settlement of industrial companies, the production facilities and the social building that are no longer in operation must be recreated. The aim of this planning project is to develop a dismantling concept for the existing halls and the social building of the former meeting and the development of a concept for trouble -free security and structural separation of the indoor parts in operation. Safe and trouble -free operation must be given a special priority. The Tasks and a detailed list of the scope of services are communicated to the retained providers in the specification phase in the specification. The awarding of the planning services is planned for the end of 2025.
