In accordance with the provisions of Regulation (EU, Euratom) No 2018/1046 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 18 July 2018 on the financial rules applicable to the general budget of the European Union, the European Parliament has decided to issue this invitation to tender with a view to sign a contract for specialised services for the verification of educational qualifications and professional experiences in the area of recruitment and employment of staff, in order to reduce the risk of fraud affecting the documents and/or the information communicated by the candidates.
