Description:
The project involves the construction of a new overhead P&R building at Bascharage-Sanem station with a capacity of more than 460 parking spaces. This building is planned to be integrated into the new Bascharage bypass project, carried out by the Ponts et Chaussees administration. The connection of the P&R to the road network will be adjusted to the new route of the future bypass. The project includes, among other things, the following works: -Construction of the P&R building; -The new bus station near the P&R building, the exterior developments around the building and the accesses of the roads;-Extension of the existing underpass of the station to the new P&R building and this below the P&CH bypass. This call for applications concerns the mission of Architect with integrated management mission for the overall project and for the phases: -Detailed Preliminary Project (APD) ;-Submission (SOU);-Execution studies (EXE);-Management, Control and Supervision of works (CHA);-Reception and Commissioning (ESS);-Final File (DEF).
