- Regular cleaning of premises, windows and glass surfaces; periodic cleanings; Supply of products and accessories for cleaning; snow removal and spreading salt; Maintenance of green spaces and rental of interior plants.
Fight against pests and provision and maintenance hygienic containers and anti-dust carpets.
Contradictory audit and support services for the quality of cleaning and maintenance operations.
Lot 1 has the purpose of cleaning services, supply of products and accessories, the maintenance of green spaces and services of maintenance, in the occupied buildings or to be occupied by the EC in the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg.
The services are divided into several positions:
1.Post 1: standard cleaning program
A.T.
B.Nettotage for catering (Post 1.B)
C.Nettotage of IT premises (post 1.C)
2.Post 2: Periodic and specific cleaning at low frequency (max. 12x/year)
3.Post 3: Cleaning interior and exterior windows, and interior glass partitions
4.post 4: Supply of products and accessories
5.post 5: occasional services of cleaning, according to the needs of the CE
6.post 6: snow removal, ice treatment and salt spreading
7.post 7: standard outdoor maintenance program and waste preparation
8.Post 8: Maintenance of green spaces
