Description:
Currently, the coverage of the real estate complex of the Court of Justice of the European Union (CJEU) against the risk of fire and the related risks is subject to a framework contract [n 06C60/2021/FWK/M014/2/CNT (2021) 106], signed by the European Parliament after a market procedureinterinstitutional that this institution led for the institutions and bodies of the Union installed in Luxembourg and expired on October 31, 2025.
Following the conclusion of the reflection group in matters of insurance contracts of the institutions and organs of the Union installedIn Luxembourg, acted during the Calux meeting of June 26, 2024, aimed at the launch of distinct tenders by institution in fire insurance and related risks at the expiration of the current interinstitutional contract, the CJEU must launch its own tender to cover theseNeeds.
The service subject to this market is the coverage of CJEU buildings against fire risks and related risks, through "all risks except" insurance. The insured property is the CJEU real estate complex and its content.
The details of the goods to be ensuredis taken up in section 3.1 of the technical specifications (appendix 1 in the specifications).
