Description:
The ESPON EGTC plans to launch a call for tenders to identify a suitable service provider for the provision of Outreach, Knowledge Development and Communication services. The purpose of the Service Framework Agreement is to contract service provider(s) to support the ESPON EGTC with communication and outreach related activities. The services will contribute to two main goals: sharing the ESPON programme knowledge and expertise and engaging with its target groups/with the general public. The requested activities may encompass (list not exhaustive): organisation of physical and online events (with a focus on logistics), proofreading and editing services, graphic design, layout and printing, production of videos, production of promotional materials, and organisation of communication campaigns.
