- Description:
- The purpose of the contract is: — to ensure the quality control of the services provided by the maintenance contract service provider; and — to provide technical and administrative assistance to the Bank in connection to the monitoring of the services delivered by the maintenance contract service provider. In line with detailed description of the technical requirements set out in the document Annex A part II. The contract will include a fixed part (domain I) and a variable part (domain II) for the performance of on-demand tasks, aiming at covering needs identified during the contract execution. The intended service contract will be awarded to a single tenderer.
