Description:
It is a question of designing and executing a multi-etage car park of approximately 780 places in the area of national economic activity called Robert Steichen located in a basement property of 13,700 m2 made available by the contracting authority on the basis of a right of area or emphyteosis During the concession, then to operate the parking lot for a period of 30 years, the duration being however likely to vary depending on the duration necessary to amortize the investment and the rental prices charged. The concessionaire is in principle remunerated by the income of the operation of the parking lot.
