Description: The purpose of this market is to conclude a framework agreement with one or more Economic operator (s) according to an open procedure such as set by article 22 LMP in order to recruit a maximum number of 5 (five) listeners and this regardless of the number of economic operators with whom a framework agreement will be concluded. The purpose of the framework agreement is the provision of services relating to the realization of audits within the framework of the implementation of the nature nature pact between the Luxembourg State and the municipalities, in accordance with the law of July 30, 2021 creating of a nature pact with the municipalities.
