- Rental and maintenance of professional presses (printers, plotters) Supply of consumables and products for digital printing and reprography The University wishes to renew its rental contract for reprography machines. The object of The call for tenders concerns the rental (leasing-maintenance) of presses with the aim of having new machines and reducing costs relating to peripherals. In addition to the provision, upkeep and maintenance of machines, The University wants to have centralized print management software to control the devices, as well as layout software. Finally, the University needs the supply of consumables in order to guarantee a regular supply. The duration of the Framework Agreement is set at two (2) years, renewable two (2) times one (1) year (2 + 1 + 1) on the advice of the University. - Leasing and maintenance of the following printers: - Three (3) multifunction printers (digital press), - One (1) printer large format (Plan Plotter), - One (1) large format printer (Photo-Posters Plotter); - Installation, configuration and maintenance of equipment; - Rental of centralized print management and layout software; - The click price per black copy; - The click price per color copy. - Cartridges and toners for a professional large format printer; - Consumables intended for reprography (papers of different weights and formats...
