Description:
The LNS wants: -To purchase a new "Clinical Genetic" software for its National Center of Genetics (NCG), -And its maintenance services. This Call for Tenders is aimed at concluding a contract for supplies and services, fixed at three (3) years, renewable two (2) times for one (1) year (3 + 1 + 1) on the advice of the LNS, in order to retain a Contracting Party. The Contracting Party shall ensure the due and proper execution and coordination of the acquisition of the Clinical Genetic software and services of maintenance], on behalf of the LNS. The supplies and Services shall be performed by the Contracting Party-s staff, whose competence, courtesy and presentation shall be irreproachable. The Contract shall only include the following lot: -Acquisition of the Clinical Genetic software and its services of maintenance as defined in greater detail in the Technical Terms and Conditions. The procedure followed is the open procedure.
