The missions of the economic operator are in particular the following;- operate the public park: ensure management, good Operation and the safety of the park;- Maintain in good condition goods, equipment and installations;- Take charge of all costs relating to the operation of the public parking park;- Manage accounting and financially the service;- Produce the elements to ensure the level of control required by the City of Luxembourg. The economic operator must respect the legislative and regulatory provisions in force in the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg for this type of activity, in particular the prescriptions of 'ITM and operating authorization.
