- Earthworks, buried networks, drainage, thermal insulation, waterproofing and paving work for a floor area of the one-story workshops of approximately 610 m2 gross. The static construction is planned with insulated foundations and strip footings, reinforced concrete posts receiving thehe elements of the prefabricated lightweight concrete facade of approximately 460 m2. The functional areas are separated by non-load-bearing masonry with chains and reinforced concrete stabilization posts. Surrounding works for the installation of a liquefied fuel gas tank, main accesspal to the building and garage access. The duration of the work is 120 working days, to begin during the first half of 2024.
